Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. We were upgraded to a suite which was very roomy. The kitchen and room were dated but very clean. Location was convenient to Stanley Park and walking path. Would stay there again.

We must have run into the same desk staff as brain22. We arrived early and a disinterested desk clerk was adamant that no check in was allowed before 3:30 - no offer to store baggage, no offer to check if any rooms were actually ready, generally...

We got an unsatisfactory room upon arrival. When we complained, one night desk clerk had attitude that this weary traveler didn't appreciate. The next morning, upon request, the desk staff moved us to a great room. All other staff were very friendly ...
