I was hugely insulted when they added extra charges to my credit card for a "room cleaning charge" for smoking in a non-smoking room. I knew this was either a mistake on their part or they were scamming me because I have never smoked in my life and am so sensitive to cigarette smoke that I couldn't have lasted five minutes in the room if this was true. If this happens to you, please file a report with the Coast Hotels and Resorts head office and the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau. Although this charge was pretty small in comparison to the $1000 I spent there during my trip, I am personally insulted and offended that they accuse me of something I didn't do, and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake.
pros: free parking, 24 hour room service, quietThe other review is for a hotel in Anaheim. This was a lovely boutique style hotel in Burbank. Our room was beautiful and the staff was all wonderful. We loved the restaurant and room service from...
