It was well worth the money. The restaraunt was not the best, and very pricey. The help and service was pretty good for the most part. The last day of 3 when we asked for late checkout (expecting to pay for it) the man at the desk was VERY rude!!...

24 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was very small, but we only paid ninety dollars at this downtown location, so we did not mind. We were hardly in the room anyway. The problem that I had was that the wireless connection in our room would not work. We called the front desk, but the person they connected us to could not help. So we had to go downstairs and use their computers. The front desk person was helpful in providing maps. Overall, I really liked the affordability and the downtown location. I would certainly recommend it to budget conscious travelers.
I was secure in knowing that the front desk person was so knowledgeable and willing to help with our needs. I also valued the safety and security aspect of the hotel because downtown locations definitely need to have that element. No one could walk in without practically walking right up to the front desk, and the elevators were accessed by room key cards.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Club Quarters, Wacker at Michigan.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
This is an odd hotel, from the tiny rooms to the cold and aloof staff you feel like you are on the set of a Fellini film. They have plastered all over the walls about the great rates they offer for weekend stays but when I inquired why I was being...
