The rooms are okay but they are small. The walls are so thin, you can hear the conversations of people walking down the hallway.
However, the location is ideal. Smack in the middle of the financial district. Short walk to the ferry building. Chinatown and little Italy are right around the corners. Plus, you get free water bottles for your walks.
