The location of the Club Quarters hotel is ideal for anyone who needs to be at the Javitz Center. It is very modern in decor, hospitable in nature and pleasant to stay in. The higher floors seem to have larger rooms.
This hotel made me feel hip: Unlike other Club Quarters hotels where you feel just like any other business traveler, this one felt like you might choose to stay there on an average night.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was perfectly situated. It's just a two block walk to Times Square and approximately one mile to Central Park. We paid about $60 extra for a suite, and it was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was small, but well appointed.

We stayed for 3 nights in a comfortable room but when requested extra towels, they never arrived. Housekeeping was awful and the guest service closet was empty. The morning staff couldn't have done enough for us but the afternoon staff was clearly uninterested in their job, the hotel or the guests. TV didn't work and never got fixed despite two requests. The location was terrific though and for that along, probably worth another stay.
