A uniquely eclectic, formal and charming home built in 1868 (some say 1850?s) as a square Tuscany Style which was expanded in 1890 to it?s present Queen Anne. The home has always been one of the notable architectural anchors of the neighborhood and is often referred to as "THE Brick House". You will find homey comfort and reminders of time past in this friendly home. The beautiful corner site is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, trains and busses. Many guests have preferred the 2.1 mile WALK to downtown Cleveland across majestic bridges with stunning city views. Great location !!
Inside "Vivian", one of the friendliest Siamese Cats (no one seems to be allergic to her!) and "Sherlock", an outstanding Walker Coon Hound complete the warm eclectic personality and understated class of Clifford House. Some pics of "Fulton" the Standard Poodle need to be "In memorium" and updated to show Sherlock!
