TRIP PURPOSE: HEART SURGERY AT CLEVELAND CLINIC
Not receiving ANY maid service at all during stay wouldn't have been the worst, but to find out that they had SOMEHOW emptied my ENTIRE checking acct. on a debit card that was NEVER presented to them ( presented and reserved rm. on CREDIT CARD ACCT ONLY - separate card #'s) Cleveland Clinic Hosp would have had more than enough info to obtain #'s..cannot understand HOW this could have happened any other way..An UNAGREED UPON/UNAUTHORIZED $873.30 was charged to my debit card that was never presented to them at any time. 178.70 and another $500.00 in "MISC. CHARGES" added to bill ON TOP of the actual hotel bill of 178.70 which was also charged on the presented card left me stuck in Cleveland, DISABLED after HEART SURGERY with NO FUNDS to even get home. Living on disability alone does not leave one much to even live on, let alone allow for this type of experience. The stress of the situation was awful enough!!! 2 Months later I am still fighting to recover the funds my bank made provisions for (Thank God for this or I wouldn't have been able to even leave! The bad part is that it take 48 hrs for bank to actually credit the funds and make them avail.) THIS WAS TRULY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!
