The Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse offers accommodations for patients, family members and visitors to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and the Greater Cleveland Area. The Guest House offers 231 large guest rooms with special furnishings and amenities designed for extended stays, including rooms with two queen size beds, refrigerators, laundry facilities, computer stations and banking facilities. The Cleveland Clinic Guest House features 74 rooms with kitchenettes and 15 fully equipped ADA accommodations. Guest rooms have been updated with new carpet, wallcoverings, brand new furniture and television. Public space renovation includes new carpet and wallcovering on each guest floor, lobby lounge with new carpet and furniture and the addition of a billiards rooms with pooltable and JukeBox. Guests can relax in our comfortable lobby lounge that offers light food fare and refreshments. Complimentary wireless internet connection is available in the hotel lobby.

Horrible
I stayed here 3 times, each time it is worse. They say they redid the place from Jan-April 2007. Well they didn't. The room had old dirty carpet, only thing I noticed that may have been new was they painted the bathroom door. I feel they are...
Very comfortable. Soft beds, clean, friendly staff, the lobby for WI is inviting and soothing. Just a short walk to the Clinic. They have comfort food in the lobby cooler: ice cream, lasagna. After reading the reviews here this was our last option but it could not have been better.
Now the beds are hard as bricks. The food selection is miserable, but then again you can always eat at the clinic. It's more reasonably priced anyways.

I dislike valet parking so much I will probably stay elsewhere just so I don't have to endure it. There was no coffee available - even to buy - for the in-room coffee maker.
