Cockroaches climbing/crawing every where. Musky smell in the room from all the mold. Management stinks! I can't believe this motel is actually in business?? I know they won't be seeing anymore of our money. This place is a joke!

This motel is under new management and is being cleaned, scrubbed, repaired and maintained. It will be in higher ratings in the very near future. The motel’s name should not come under the heading of "Sstay away", just because of management neglect. With the right people in place, the Classic Inn Panama City is on its way to being the jewel it once was.

This was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my life (and I lived in a fraternity house in college). We made the mistake of not checking the room first. After seeing the room, we asked (1 minute after check in) if we could get our money back to go elsewhere. We were told no refunds, so we looked at some other rooms, and all of them were just as unsanitary.
The carpet was sticky and stained, the wallpaper was falling off, blooms of mold were everywhere, the place looked like it had not been cleaned in years, and the “non smoking room” had cigarette buns in the blanket, sheets, pillow cases, and carpet. Finally, the place stunk. The only way to fix this place is with a match.
