The rooms could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom. The restaurant was too high priced for the meals served.

I was there for two weeks for a training program which ended with a convention. The hotel provided us with snacks during the morning and afternoon sessions which were quite plentiful and fresh. The cookies every afternoon were a very homey touch and much appreciated by all. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, both in regard to hotel services and giving us useful information about the surrounding area. The location is premium and the parking is also first rate. In all, I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to being there again at the end of this month.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff was very attentive during the morning breakfast buffet and we all got a feeling of being at home but with people to serve us.

There were roaches in the bed and the bathtub. The carpet was wet and the smell in the room was horrible.

The hotel was centrally located, although the hotel lobby did flood during a rainstorm during the stay. The restaurant staff and food were good, they accommodated guests as needed.

Clarion is very accessible to the downtown area.

This hotel made me feel secure: I liked that they had electronic locks and performed ID checks upon arrival.

I enjoyed the stay and the breakfast.
