Clarion Suites Inn Hotel

I've been going here for years, but the room quality has gone downhill a LOT in the past year. Shabby furniture, kitchen surfaces that are dirty, bathrooms that smell of smoke, peeling paint. Prices have also gone up. My coffee maker & toaster didn't work, I called down to the front desk, I was promised replacements that never came. Hotel has a policy that if your complaints are resolved in a timely manner, your room stay is free. Manager refused to accommodate me. Stay somewhere else!!!

It is usually very comfortable although this one was not quite as clean as it had been in the past. We have stayed there before and we like it.

The reservation was for a non smoking room. I got there and it was a smoking room and that was the only room available.
