When we checked in, they upgraded our room for no charge. Breakfast was pretty good also. Not located as close to state street as we would have liked. Pool was indoors and seemed dingy.

The microwave in room, free parking, clean.It was not as close to downtown as I had hoped. The hotel was great. The only drawback was the location. It wasn't within walking distance of the downtown area, though it was a short drive.
