They ran out of clean towels and pillows

When we arrived the first room they put us in smelled like they turned loose a male cat in it without a litter box. They moved us to a second room where the door was standing wide open when we got there to inspect it. The room appeard ok so we took it. We got maid service the first night, but after that for the next 3 days our room was not touched. We had to go down to the desk to get clean towels and dirty towels collected in our room for three days. While other people were told there were no towels available. Other people in our party were told they were out of pillows and blankets and were told to go to Kmart to purchase them if they wanted them. The help at the front desk was rude and not accommodating at all. All we were asking for was the basic service you pay a hotel to provide a clean room and clean towels. We got none of this. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a nice place to stay.
