W spent a fun and relaxing week at the waterpark. We had alot of fun. The staff was exteremly helpful and very friendly. The pool and water park were very well kept and never got too loud. The room was nice, comfortable and the jacuzzi in the room was just the best!!!! (We splurged for the jacuzzi room) The bar was the right place for a night cap.
The thing that I was really very impressed about was the staff. They couldn't do enough to help us and it was like seeing old friends everytime we came and went. We are looking forward to our next stay.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel during my most recent trip to Orlando for a wedding. Hotel was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel exceeded my expectations and is a great value for the money. Waterpark view room was very enjoyable.

We came to this hotel to relax by the pool, after a 4 day marathon at Disney. The pool was GREAT! They had activities for the kids in addition to the lazy river and waterslides (as if that wasn't enough). The only thing that might have made it nicer, was if there were more shade around the pool for everyone's use. It's a shame to have to PAY for shade in the way of a cabana. Some tables with umbrellas would have been good.
