They were remodeling and that was the only problem. My room was supposed to be non smoking, however, it smelt that it had been smoked in previously. Other than that, things were ok.

It was close to the water and the motorcycle rally. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check in clerk was friendly and fast at the counter.

It was close to all the motorcycle activities and close to the water. Some of our friends had a barge to pick us up.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff at the front desk made us feel wanted. All the employees were friendly and made you feel at home.

It was ok. They were remodeling and some things were a little inconvenient. I had a non smoking room and it very much smelt like smoke. Otherwise, it was ok.

We ate at their bar and grill and my husband found some metal in his sandwich which looked like someone's mouth filling, he did not lose a filling and the waitress took it quickly and threw it away. It was not pleasant but the hotel itself was very nice.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We had a suite of rooms, living room and bedroom, two baths and two patios. Very nice and on the sixth floor overlooking a lake.

It was a pleasant stay. I would go again. The staff was friendly.

The spa suite was overpriced. They installed a whirlpool tub in the room after taking out one of the double bed. They need to upgrade the room with a comfortable couch or a table and chair at the minimum.

There was no remote for the TV and room service was very bad.

The location was good, but the room was not spotless. Others in my group complained about rooms not being cleaned.

This hotel had a great view of the lake! It has easy access to many other facilities, restaurants, etc.

I enjoyed the stay and will return again.

We did not have enough towels everyday for four people, not a towel for each one. And the room wasn't cleaned! There was stuff under the bed, etc., from previous customers. The pillows were no good -- they were small and dinky. The staff acted is if they were doing you a favor if you asked for a towel or soap. We wouldn't go back to that Clarion for sure!

Room was great, the corners in the bathroom have old dirt build-up. Love the clarion!

We were there for a family reunion, didn't have any expectations to feel elegant, hip or cool by the hotel. It was a very comfortable room. Their continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired though.
