Clarion Inn and Suites Northwest Hotel

I have stayed here several times and I am always amazed by the fact that the staff here never changes. You see so many turnovers at hotels, but the staff is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely concerned about the pleasure of your stay. They have even started to know who I am when I come in and I'm only there five or six times a year.

They have made some improvements: New carpet is very soft and feels good on your feet; the room I always request has a new A/C and TV. They have also expanded their breakfast last year.

One thing I suggested was some more cable channels and they added Fox News, Speed Channel, National Geographic, FX, Cartoon Network (which would be great for families) and some more of ESPN's offerings. I also suggested that they find a way to make their internet friendlier for VPN's. Usually I have to dial up at a hotel to get it to work, but now they have a VPN specific interface. I will continue to stay at this hotel since they continually reinvest in their property and their staff and care about their guests. Clarion illustrates a great business model and great way to run a hotel!

It's simply a quality hotel at a budget price.

This hotel made me feel content: It has a warm feeling to the rooms and a kind and courteous staff.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly. It was quiet and nice. Some problems with the refrigerators were worked out easily. The rooms with the two person tubs were not quite as advertised.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It had a friendly staff at the front desk. It had a friendly and helpful staff at the early breakfast.

I attended a race here with one of their three night packages, which gave me a better price when I reserved three nights versus other hotels in the area that were requiring two nights, but charging a higher price per night. My first time there and I signed up to come back next year. They had a great breakfast, wonderful beds, and an attentive staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Clarion hotel. All the services we received were just as expected. We felt like we got a wonderful deal on the price of the room. We would highly recommend to our friends and family to stay at this hotel if they need rooming accommodations.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were excited at the fact that we had a jacuzzi inside our room. Usually they are located near the pool. There was certainly a more exciting and sort of romantic feel to our being in the jacuzzi. There were wine, candles, and other things. We loved it!
