It was great! The hotel was very clean and very nice. The people were very helpful and friendly.

This is a fine hotel.

The room price was high for the quality. The furnishings were old, the furniture was very heavily worn out, the carpet was worn thin in spots, the living area was small and cramped. The jacuzzi was of a more comfortable size. The coffee pot had old coffee in it, which they did replace immediately. The shower was small and the drain was stuck. The room faced the street but it looked out toward the mountain which was nice as it snowed, but the snow removal was very poor in the parking lot. The lobby was very fancy and the breakfast selection was very nice.

I thought the hotel was average. The outside looked a lot nicer than the inside. I never had any type of communication with the staff, which I thought was odd.

The hotel desk staff got our room mixed up with another and gave us a 4 AM wake-up call when we didn't ask for one at all. The room rate was wrong when we checked in. I had printed a receipt from the original online booking and this was immediately addressed.

This hotel has very nice rooms but poor staffing. We walked in and out of the hotel everyday for five days across the front desk and never were spoken to.

They had a really good hot breakfast each morning and a very friendly and helpful staff.

We stay at this Clarion frequently and service is always good.

The breakfast meal provided was very impressive.

Having stayed in Clarion before this trip with good experience, will try to stay in Clarion where I go.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have a nice room, lobby, and food area. I like the availability of coffee, chocolate, etc. There was a fireplace. They have a comfortable lobby.

There was a church group of teenagers in the hotel that was very noisy. I felt they should have told us of this when I made the reservation, or gave us a room away from the noise.
