Staff even called us to tell us they had an Lost & Found item for us from a previous visit which we were un-aware we even lost here.

Check-in was friendly and fast... BUT... Brought luggage up to room to find that the key cards did not work. I had to go down to get the cards reprogramed.

The hotel is close to the highway and is near restaurants. It is not far from the colleges or the shopping mall.

I wasn't aware of too much noise from other guests while I was there. The noise from guests in the hallways wasn't too obtrusive either.

This was a trip for family business. It was a place to sleep during my father's hospital stay. I always stay at Hampton Inns because they provide comfortable accommodations and good quality for the price, and a good breakfast. This particular hotel is the closest Hampton Inn to my father's assisted living facility.

We always stay at a Hampton. The service is always great and we like the breakfast in the mornings.

I did not like the fact that they gave away my non-smoking room by accident and attempted to pass off a smoking room in its place. Also, they did not clean up the room. The manager never called me to address these issues as requested. I would not re
