The location was good but the room was dirty, the bed was not changed from the previous night. I called the front desk and a gentleman brought clean sheets, bedspread, and mattress pad! Be sure to look under sheets! The floors were dirty and the bathroom was horrible! Their excuse was that they were busy and full the night before. We had to make our own bed! I did call manager and she did refund 1/2 of money and we can get room at 1/2 off next trip.

I have found Quality Inn hotels to be up to a good standard no matter where they are located. They provide good service and good accommodations at a fair price.
They handled the check in process efficiently and they got me settled in the room efficiently. They explained all the amenities and where they were located and sought out any questions that I might have had.

to return to the Quality Inn Cincinnati.

The place was quite clean and well kept. It is only one exit away from King's Island and it's very easy to get back and forth. The staff was very helpful and attentive and the free breakfast in the lobby was better than what you get at most hotels. Having a microwave and refridgerator in the room was nice and allowed us to save money on meals over our 4 night stay.

The hotel was booked as non-smoking but I was given a smoking room # 222. The manager said he can not control if people decide to smoke in non-smoking room. There were ashtrays and smoking holes in blankets, he sink was also stained from cigarettes.
The knob on the shower was broken so you can not turn to get the warm water. They did fix it, but on my time!
Overall, the room was old and it showed its age, drawers were broken and dirty from inside, so I had to lay my clothes on table.
Refrigerator, clock and TV were all unplugged. Breakfast hours on Sunday were ( 6-9 am).
The only good or great thing about hotel was that the room was sound proof.
The reason I am so disappointed is because I have been to Quality Inn before at least 4-5 times and it was always very nice.
