Location Location Location.....next to the best eating in Gatlinburg. The view of the trams going and coming from Obergatlinburg were cool. In walking distance of everything. The room was clean and everyone went out of their way to assist. I probably spent too much time sitting on the balcony, but it was worth every second. Will be a repeat customer!!!!!

Convenient for access to Gatlinburg strip and for Smokey mountains. Service did not stand out, but sometimes, that's exactly how it should be. Pool was great, outdoor, but covered. Close to two excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location, close to National Park and walking distance to Gatlinburg "attractions". It was clean and the staff was very friendly. We would stay there again if in the area.

If you stay hereand if you ave any problems all they say is I am sorry.Bed ha d blood on the bottom sheet call down to the front desk ask for clean sheets was put threw to a voice mail next day had to ask the cleaning people after they made the bed...

Excellent place to stay. Park and walk to everything in Gburg. Cont breakfast above average. Had street side balcony room. Very nice to sit and watch the people. Only drawback was window covering left room very bright at night. Commode size not the...

Good
Excellent room for the price. Parked when we got there, and never drove again. Everything in town is within walking distance. My family took trolly to Pigeon Forge for only dollars a day. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.
