Good
Clarion Park is a nice hotel. Their staff is nice and their prices are fairly reasonable. Their rooms are spacious and really nice. Their beds are probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I travel every week for work and have stayed at more Hotels than I can even count. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was rude. Upon check in and check out no one ever offered to help with luggage. When I asked for a cart he pointed in the general direction of the door and stated it was there. There was no cart.
They called and my room at 10:30pm and stated that my credit card did not go through. I apologized and said I would be right down to see what the problem was. Before I could get out the door the phone rang again and they said it was a mistake and the card did go through. Five minutes later (this is at 10:30 at night) there was a loud banging on the door and the man was screaming "you pay rent now! You pay rent now" I was actually terrified it was like a swat team! I opened the door and said you JUST called and said it was a mistake and my credit card went through. He screamed at me "no you pay rent now!" Then he called down stairs and they told him it was a mistake!
The carpet was filthy. When I crawled in bed the sheets did not fit the mattress and kept coming off. And to top everything off....I woke up in the morning with bites all over from apparently bed bugs!!! Stay away.

Horrible
I reserved a room with a mini fridge and a microwave but was told after arrival that none of their rooms had these. I chose this hotel because I am unfamiliar with the Dallas area and this hotel's ammenities show a restaurant on site. However, after ...
28 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I had a training session in Dallas one every weekend for a month and I stayed in this hotel.
The rates were good and the breakfast was really good. The staff was cordial and the rooms were very relaxing. The best part is the location, it is conveniently stored in an around the main area of Dallas and Richardson.
I am very impressed with my stay in this hotel that I felt the need to write a review about it. It is not surely Hyatt or Radisson, but it gives you extra returns for the money you have paid. I would go back and stay in Clarion.
40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is the filthiest, rude place I have ever stayed at. I will, needless to say, never stay there again. They did not ask me if I wanted smoking room when I checked in. I moved the couch to plug in an alarm clock and there were dead cockroaches under there. I wore my shoes to bed! The alarm clock did not work and the room was on ground level facing a parking lot full of a gang playing loud rap music full of bass at midnight. I called the front desk since I was a woman traveling alone and I asked them to do something about the noise and the crowd. Nothing was done so I stayed up all night afraid to fall asleep. In the morning waiting for a shuttle back to DFW the driver had eleven people packed in a mini van. This place was a nightmare and I was so glad to get out of there.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Clarion Inn Park Central.
I might recommend it to friends.
