We check out at five o'clock so we could catch our flight from the Bush International airport. We waited for one quarter of an hour. There was no one was at desk. We left a note to call me with our key. There was no call! I had to call. I never did get a receipt. I called the shuttle to pick us up when we came back in. I had to call four times and it took forty five minutes!

The location is convenient to the airport and shopping. The accommodations are comfortable but in need of updating.

When we booked three months in advance, we asked for a roll away bed. When I called to confirm the day we were arriving, there were no rollaway beds available. We did end up getting two rooms for the one price but the rooms were in such incredibly horrible shape, it was disgusting. Paint was bubbling from the walls, the wooden doors had the wood hanging in shreds. When I checked in and I expressed how displeased I was that the rollaway was not available, even though I specifically called the hotel when I booked the reservation to make sure it would be there three months in advance, I had to argue for quite some time before they agreed to give us a second room. No one was pleasant that I talked to, even though it was their mistake.

We have quarterly meetings there. They offer a good price and they meet all our needs cheerfully. We can be pretty hard to get along with.

The stay was ok, the hotel was full, I had a little problem at check in but it was worked out.
