49 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I've always liked this hotel a lot. They have a great free breakfast buffet, the waitress even remembered us this time, we come quarterly. They have nice rooms, a pool, a workout room, and ample parking. The price has gone up over the years, even the state rate. I like rooms on the first floor near the pool when available. The hot tub was too lukewarm for me this last time, usually it is okay.
This hotel made me feel important: They are polite, accurate, and efficient. The waitress in the restaurant remembers us when we come in.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and we have always enjoyed our stay. We especially like the restaurant, it keeps good hours and the food is good. We have no complaints.

It's a nice place, good food, and nice pool. I usually get a first floor room near the pool. It has a good location convenient to the freeway. The Friday night buffet is exceptional though a little pricey.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They have nice front desk people; they gave me a free drink coupon. They just smile and treat you nice, not like you are imposing on them for being there.

The location is very good - not in the middle of town or anything, but Fayetteville's not huge. The room was nice and everything was as expected.

I bought this Clarion night through a Lion's auction and was therefore 'moved' from the room I had reserved, to a smaller room, with no notice to me until I appeared for check-in with my daughter for our special evening away. By then it was too late to rearrange child care for the grandchildren and rebook a room for another room if we didn't like the one we'd been moved to. Because my room 'hadn't been paid for,' they had moved me. But I paid for the room! I will never stay at a Clarion again!
