The room was run down and not very clean. Our room was 'off the beaten track' and I was concerned a little about night-time safety, as the area was pretty deserted. I would never stay at this specific Holiday Inn again.

This hotel made me feel excited: Not the inn itself, but being able to go to Busch Gardens.

Their swimming pool facility was awesome. It needed minor maintenance, but that didn't take away from the ambiance and the ability to enjoy it.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We received extra perks as rewards members. Then more perks as a lightning strike caused the facility to lose power.
