Horrible
The bed was so uncomfortable it felt like we were sleeping on box springs instead of mattress. Handicap access is deplorable. The pictures on the website are NOT representative of the hotel and its service.
Why it is rated 2 star I do not know.

Why it is rated 2 star I do not know. Should be 3 star. Nice rooms, on-premises restaurant, the kids loved the pool and jaccuzi, walking distance from all kinds of entertainment.
