Yes, this property may be 20 plus years old, but it is very clean. The staff is VERY professional at all hours of the day. As a hotel professional (GM/Consultant), I would stay here every time I visit Orlando. Very important - The staff and mgmt had NO idea I am in the business!!! Great job and keep up the good work. Perfect location for all attractions.

Resort Destinations: My wife and I were vacationing in beautiful and balmy Hollywood, Fla., when we received an invitation from Izzy Fintz, the VP of hospitality of the Clarion Resort Waterpark & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla., to drop by for a pre-season sneak peek at the newly renovated and refurbished resort. Mr. Fintz is the man at the helm of this all-encompassing multi-million-dollar makeover. After seeing it for ourselves, we now understood why Izzy was as effervescent as a recently uncorked bottle of sparkling white wine direct from Champagne when he described this paramount undertaking.

really dirty place. left after looking at condition of room and bedding. went next door to holiday inn for a pleasant, clean stay

The staff was friendly, whatever we needed we got promptly.

Check in was a breeze. Shuttles to the parks were great, But you could walk about a 15 min. walk there are walkways the whole way also traffic signals allow you to cross the busy roads. Hot tub great after a long day at the parks.

Breakfast at the hotel was good, 9.99 all you can eat, there are cheaper places around within walking distance. I Trolley good for finding restaurants nearby.

Room was average, there were little tiny ants in the bathroom the first day then none after that. I would definitely stay again..

The front desk was very nice and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The room was very nicely decorated, the beds seemed like brand new and everything was clean and fresh.

I will return to this hotel when I return to Orlando!
