I was unsatisfied with this hotel I thought it got good reviews. When we entered the room it smelled like smoke so bad and it was a non smoking room and I am 81/2 months pregnant and we had 4 little kids with us. Then we went to the pool which was a very nice pool but there were no towls, my husband went and asked TWICE for towels then a second guess went and asked as well and about 2 hours later after asking 3 different times they finally brought about 6 towels there were more adults then that in the pool a lone. Next, we went for breakfast it was terrible there was no selection, the food was gross they had no eggs or good cereal for the kids. Then I asked for 2 pillows that night because I am 8 months pregnant and couldnt get comfortable, I NEVER recieved a single pillow. The hotel had no customer service they could have cared less aobut there guests which is a very bad thing if you want people to keep staying there. I would say I would never stay there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was clean. The beds were comfotable. The overall Hotel was somewhat run down with capet being loose in the halllways, Ice machines noit working, printer not having ink so as to print boarding passes. The breakfast buffet was very plain....

I would stay again. The second night there was a problem with the heater in the hot tub and they had it fixed right away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
