I was pleased with the location, comfort, and service. I would recommend it to friends.

I had no problems with the hotel.

Business Traveler Should Avoid. The property needs a remodel. The entire property looked tattered and in need of paint and a good cleaning. The staff attitude was terrible. I had checked in and set up in my room to upload some files from that day and found out the high speed wireless internet was not working. I went down to the desk to inquire and was told the system went down a couple weeks ago during a thunderstorm (no surge suppressors-what idiots), and there was no connectivity. I then asked why they had not put up a sign stating so, that business travelers like myself would not be wasting their time. The deskclerk's answer "so what, it was only a couple of hours". Like excuse me......so my time has no value, especially at the end of a 12 hour day. I checked out and went to the Amerihost up the street. This is NOT a hotel that even comes close to the Clarion standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My stay there was very nice. Unfortunately, the bar was being remodeled and it was closed. We had no bad experiences other than the same deal was not available the next week.

The room had a whirlpool bath, which took over an hour to fill. I would like to see this take less time, adding another faucet.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night during state conference. The lobby is very nice and decorated very well. When we arrived at our 3rd floor room we found the hallways very confusing but eventually found our way to the room. We took off the comforters because they were disgusting, we also found dirt on our sheets. Since we were gone most of the time we didn't put our things away or open any of the drawers. The bathroom in our hotel was fairly nice. But when we took showers I noticed little mold spots on the ceilings there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it is hard to see any thing.

The hotel swimming pool looks nothing like the pictures and the water is foggy and dirty although we did swim in it I would rate it okay. There was a shortage of towels which was annoying since we had 4 girls in one room all taking showers. The hot tub is very nice and relaxing as well as the patio. We did not use the work out room although it did look nice. We had to call room service but the blankets we called for never came. The staircase is poorly lighted and very dirty, which makes it hard to stay in it for long at all, very scary. The beds aren't soft, but not bad. The ice from the ice machine had little black chunks in it which appeared to be mold. We didn't use the ice. The machines in the vending are very expensive. $1.50 for a 20 oz. cola, crazy! The continental breakfast was nasty, the only good part was the bacon.

The hotel is in a convenient location. It's a nice facility and the free wireless Internet access in the room is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The pool and sauna facilities are clean and well maintained. It's a great value for the price and location.

This hotel made me feel important: One of the hotel managers noticed a sports team logo on my jacket while I was sitting waiting in the lobby for a business associate. He stopped over and discussed the team with me, inquired about my stay, and we had a friendly, cordial conversation. We found out that we both came from the same county and probably grew up within 10 miles of one another. We exchanged business cards and he asked me to look him up the next time I was in town.

It's a nice, friendly, and well-maintained facility. They served a full hot breakfast.

I was pleased to receive a complimentary breakfast that included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage as well as other breakfast foods. I cannot eat sweet rolls (sweet food in general) so the hot breakfast was very nice.

Fine hotel chain that I will continue to use in the future. The price is right!

The pull out sofa was in horrible condition and I ended up having to put the mattress on the floor. It was so old that the springs were broken and I had the worst night of sleep ever.

Very nice hotel although there was some noise because of children running in the hall about 11pm prompting my grandson to say '"now tell me again, Grandma, why we can't do that?"
