Clarion Hotel and Suites

Room was broken into, the first night we arrived, while we were in the room. The "Electronic Key' and 'Deadbolt' were compromised. Management told us "there was nothing they could do" and that "it was not their problem." When I checked out they added bogus charges to the bill. Once again, management told me that there was nothing they could do. Stay away from this place.

We stayed there in 4-07 and were treated to a very annoying noise that went on and off every two minutes. The front desk was called and they said maintenance would be sent up. 9 hours later - it never happened and we barely slept since the noise persisted. Apparently the day shift new maintenance went home at 10 p.m. and but night shift didn't. The desk staff would not even adjust our bill despite the brochure in our room stating 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their attitude towards customer service barely exists. I had to contact Choice Hotels guest relations to get a fair adjustment. There were some nicer employees there but definitely not the front desk staff.

The location is farther from strip than advertised, so bring walking shoes!

Their customer service was awful, the pool is not heated and the exercise room was closed.

Beware of the "bait and switch", get your rates in writing.

After staying at several Clarions, we have decided "Never again!"

The room was filthy, with many dirty carpet stains, and trash visible on the floor between the bed and nightstand. No one even vacuumed during the week and there was significant black mold in the bathtub!

The management was unconcerned and had no interest in resolving the problems. It was gross!

It was a good room for the price. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had a security guard and locked entrances.
