48 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
My only comment was that for a 20 floor hotel, they only had one elevator working during my entire stay. The problem was that they host private parties so there are a lot of people at the hotel, and guests are inconvenienced during their stay.
I felt relaxed there because my room was more comfortable than expected.
