Okay

28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

My non smoking room smelt smoky. The workout room was very small. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel. Probably I would not recommend it to anyone bringing children as there is no entertainment for them.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Springfield.
I might recommend it to friends.

Good

66 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We left our bed pillows there and they sent them back, but it took a long time.

I am very likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Springfield.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was up to snuff on everything. I would stay there again.

They greeted us warmly. They explained where everything was.

I am very likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Springfield.

Okay

48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

There was insufficient lighting in the room to begin with and one of the bedside light bulbs was burnt out. Our window faced a wall above the main meeting room of our convention.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Springfield.

Horrible

Stayed for business. Four stars???? Should only be one. Ice machine had no ice-soda machine had no soda. Will never stay there again.

cob webs hanging from the ceiling. Food by the bed left from others. Walls very thin, lag bolts holding the plastic protectors for the corners (very dangerous) housekeepers were very disrepectful in hallways. Playing frisbee with the ice bucket...

Horrible

The hotel is tucked away on a street hard to get to. Rooms were smelly and were camoflauged by cinamon spray. Pretty nasty place... where did the 4 star rating come from? They need to drop 3...
