It was very easy to locate. I enjoyed the bar.

Over all service was terrible, front desk attendant was rude and would never come back. For the price we paid, I would think they could find nice friendly employees.

Roof leaked in hallway on 15th floor in same place as last year. Roof leaked in lobby on ATM machine. When showering the water would just stop running. Would have to wait 5 minutes for water to come back. If someone smoked in another room it came into your room through the ventilation. Old dirty carpets everywhere. Wireless internet worked sometimes. No AC in Ballrooms.

We were there on a Saturday, and the pool was closed! Somebody got the bright idea to shock the pool on a Saturday! We were there for a Royals game, we had 5 rooms, spent $730 on these rooms and couldn't go swimming! I will never go back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone! For the money we paid for these rooms we should have at least been able to swim! They weren't very nice about it either. They didn't offer to knock some off the rooms or to even let everyone swim for a little while. The food wasn't that great and the bar was very busy and only 1 bartender. All around the service sucked, as did the whole experience, except for the game. Go Royals!

This hotel was gross. I hope with the change to the Sheraton the hotel will make drastic improvements. I had to switch rooms. The room I checked into had mold around the windows and ceiling, wrappers that weren't cleaned up near the bed, and a couple small bugs in the sink. The employees, however, were very nice and accomodating. They could understand and sympathize with my concerns. My new room was still dirty looking and was in need of updating because the shower was still the 70's green and, honestly, the floor of the shower made me want to wear shower shoes! Unless major improvements are made I would never stay here again nor recommend it to others.
