My husband and I stayed here in Feb 07 for one night. Very close to SFO, 30 minutes from SF Bay by car. Nice, cozy rooms make you want room service. Hallways and some carpets showed wear. Noisy people in hallway; security and front desk staff were not responsive in spite of calls that night, and questions in the morning.
We checked in very late (process was smooth but needed work on customer service), so all restaurants and room service were closed. The front desk staff was very curt and implied it was my fault I didn't know parking was metered or that the entrance was also the same as another hotel. They did comp parking but they need to smile and remember that they make money because of travelers like us!
