Clarion Hotel Peabody Court

I would have rated this place much higher except for it's location. Being about 10 blocks from the Inner Harbor area is not where I wanted to be and not where most tourists will prefer either. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and treated me with great respect. Even the valet guys that parked my vehicle made me feel comfortable. Too bad I was too far from the action and went elsewhere the following night because I should have stayed and just taken a taxi 10 blocks away.

Check in was efficient with a friendly staff. The room was nicer than expected. The only issue was the parking which was thirty one dollars which was quite high for Baltimore.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The lady at the desk was very friendly and the staff seemed happy to see us.

They have large, well appointed rooms. They have an attentive, helpful staff. The hotel has an air of elegance.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were staying at the hotel with a wedding party and the front desk people went out of their way to welcome us and provide gift baskets.

This is my favorite place to stay in Maryland. I like the location, the atmosphere, the comfort of familiarity and past memories. Last time there I had the best room. The breakfasts are great and affordable, too, although I have dinner elsewhere. The proximity to good restaurants is one of the reasons for staying there.
