We reserved a queen bed and were given a double. The hotel was overbooked and the online service did not follow through with the proper reservation. They also would not refund or reduce the cost of the room.

Good
I thought that, for the money, this was a good hotel; it was basic, boutique-style, and very New York. Normal rates are about $150, but via Priceline, I got it for about $80 a night.
