The hotel has a great location. I wished the shuttles to Disney to run more frequently, but we were vacationing off season. It is a very good hotel, especially for families. My only complaint was that the halls were too noisy, but it was because there were so many kids.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was really nice having a kitchenette so we did not have to eat every meal out. It was practical having the shuttles to the Disney parks.

The hotel was close to parks, it was convenient and affordable. The bedspreads could use some cleaning as they made the room look a little dingy. The bathroom faucet was broken and it was fixed while we were in the parks.

We had a very spacious room. They had clean bathrooms and a friendly staff. It’s our second stay at this establishment. We would recommend it to my friends and family.

I liked how all the employees had a lot of generosity towards my fellow employees and myself. I was very grateful to be staying at a well-respected hotel and hope to come back very soon.

The person selling tickets for Disney and arranging transportation etc was very rude. She arranged for shuttles and car rentals that were twenty minutes away. We discovered a place three buildings down that offered the same services. She wasted our time and money.

I had little children, and housekeeping didn't keep the room clean enough. Also, there weren't enough towels. Their restaurant was too high-priced and not child-friendly.
