Clarion Hotel Greensboro Airport

The location was very convenient to the highway, malls and restaurants. The service was friendly and prompt. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to other tourists.

We liked everything except for the fact that the phone didn't work and we were given a local Sunday newspaper with a note on it saying 'as requested.' We were to call the front desk to have the 75 cent charge removed. The phone was dead so my husband had to go to the desk to tell them that we did not want the paper. We didn't like the idea of being billed for something we didn't want and having to go to them to get rid of the charge.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was located directly across the street from the location we needed to be at.

This hotel made me feel respected: They went beyond the call of service to honor my wishes. They were willing to move us to a better room once we found out our original room had been smoked in even though it was a non-smoking room.
