21 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The staff was terrible except for 2 people, Jammy and Marrisa, they were the only ones that were nice to us. We had a large group come to stay and they didn't even communicate with all the staff that we would be there. There were stains on our sheets and some rooms didn't have towels. Someone charged my credit card twice! Good thing I keep track of that! I will never be back to a Clarion again! Thank you to Jammy and Marrisa for being so helpful, you ladies are great!!
Internet usage is not included in rate, you have to pay $7.95 a night for the service. The sheets were very thin and dirty looking, and the exit door in the room had at least a 1" gap or better at the bottom. Parking was convenient though and...
