I have stayed a lot of hotels around the country. I am away from my family alot. I can honestly say that Everytime I come to broken arrow I stay here. It is great, the staff is welcoming and the rooms have been re-done. I try to stay on the 4th...

I stayed at this hotel back in Sept. '05, back when it was still a Holiday Inn. So take into consideration that since it changed over to a Clarion, it might have become a much better hotel.
With that being said, that Holiday Inn was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The bathroom was super small, and when I say small, I mean when trying to change clothes in that bathroom I kept bumping into the door. There were very questionable stains on the carpet and on the bed skirt. I wouldn't even sleep under the cover but on top of them! I have nothing bad to say about the staff as the ones that I dealt with seemed friendly enough. The room was just entirely too small and cleanliness was not much of a factor to them. I couldn't check out of that hotel fast enough.
Everyone who was traveling with me felt the same way that I did. To put it bluntly, I felt as though I had just spent the night in a roach motel! If my SUV wasn't so full from moving a lot of items for a move cross country, I would have slept in the car. I just hope that now that Clarion owns this property, things are a lot better.
I am not likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I liked most everything about this hotel except the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn't and the whirlpool was out of service. If you are planning to stay here do it in the summer time otherwise you'll freeze in their pool.
The atmosphere was quiet and I didn't have to worry about a lot of things, which made my stay much more pleasant. The hotel staff did an excellent job at making me feel at ease and if I needed anything I could call up to the front desk.
I am very likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The site I made the reservation through listed an airport shuttle for this hotel. When I arrived in Tulsa I found out that they do not have a shuttle. The hotel staff was more than gracious in helping me out. They called a cab company to pick me up and paid for my cab ride both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. While it was a slight problem at first, the people at Holiday Inn went above and beyond to fix it.
They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They put me on a special floor that required key access. They were very polite and friendly.
I am very likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They have a friendly staff. They always remembered us after the first time even though we are only there about every three months. It is a comfortable place in both beds and people.
We were part of an event hosted there and they went out of their way to help us with the event as well as with our personal needs.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow.
I might recommend it to friends.

The inn was clean and just a place to spend the night. It was also close to a small shopping center that was on the side of the street and it was within walking distance.
