50 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The key card did not work and my husband had to go back to the front desk three times and then we had to switch rooms. At no time did an employee actually come to the corridor and try to assist us.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Bethesda Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel had poor service, it overcharged, there was no comfortable chair in the room but I liked the very friendly and polite staff.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Bethesda Park.

38 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This was an old hotel that used to be owned by another hotel chain, and as such I could smell dust throughout the hotel. Clarion was also remodeling the hotel during my stay. The hotel is located close to the Metro station and restaurants.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Bethesda Park.
I might recommend it to friends.
