We really liked the Clarion, but we expected to like it, so it was hard to say things were better than expected. We expected great and we got it.

very likely
to return to the Clarion Hotel Bel Air Conference Center.

The staff was friendly. However, the facilities were a little rundown, as expected. One thing they should do is offer adults with no kids rooms far away from the pool. Our room was on the poolside, along with dozens of families with loud children.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They smiled and welcomed us when we came in and were very helpful and asked if we needed anything. The restaurant staff was also very accommodating.
