Clarion Hotel Beachwood

The rooms were more than adequate. They were very spacious and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They are very friendly. They have very good service in the restaurant.

I liked the convenient location. Service was acceptable. I advise others to make sure their car doors are locked. I did not like the employees who had a very poor grasp of English. Speaking English should be a requirement of a customer service job in this country.

The hallways smelled like a cheap fragrance was made to cover up steakhouse grease. The rest of the hotel smelled like steakhouse grease. The hotel's steakhouse, which is one of the best in the nation, should invest in adequate ventilation equipment to get rid of all the grease in the air. The entire hotel needs to be degreased and not sprayed with aeresols. The workout room was a joke. The lighting in the rooms was inadequate and with the dark wallpaper and colors, was very gloomy. The staff was excellent though.
