The location was excellent and the room was spacious for the price.I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. This hotel had an updated feel and the location was in close proximity to Okemo Mountain. The standard room included two...

Astoundingly nice furnishings.Poorly identified, incorrectly located by Map Quest (wrong address?). Spectacular room. As with any hotel, don't ask the late night desk clerk for anything, she has bigger problems of her own. I asked about in room free ...

Okay
Room was spacious.Lack of attention to details; desk clerk not particularly friendly or helpful. It was difficult to find the place because it goes by a different name on its exterior signs. Although the room decor was updated with a woodsy ski...

Okay
There was a computer available for guests to use for free. The signage for this hotel is terrible. It is not the Clarion Hotel, which made it confusing & difficult to find. The room was quite dark with a floor lamp that was broken. The desk clerk...
39 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I recently stayed at the clarion for a wedding in the area. We arrived around 3:00 to check in. Upon opening the door the room was hot and musty, I checked the air conditioning, it was on but blowing hot air so I opened a window to cool down the room, no big deal. We went to the rehearsal dinner and returned around 12:00am. Our room was right next to the housekeeping room so when we returned they were still doing laundry and we found out that they do laundry 24 hrs. Nothing like listening to washers and dryers all night, we turned on the tv to drown out the noise and after a long drive and long day we eventually fell asleep. The next day, I foolishly didn't make a complaint because we went into town to have lunch and upon return we had to go to the wedding. Upon return from the wedding the washers and dryers were still running and after asking the front desk if they could turn them off, she said "no problem". Five minutes later she calls back and says it's not the laundry machines it's the pool pump the only thing thing I can do is give you another room. Now it's 1:30 in the morning and opted to tough it out because we were already in bed and didn't feel like packing two suitcases. I said to the girl on the phone you shouldn't even give this room to people she said "we usally don't". I said I made a reservation five months ago why did I end up with this room? She said I don't know. The next morning when I went to checkout and complain she said she couldn't give me any discount because I didn't complain until sunday morning and they offered me a new room at 1:30 in the morning. Now if they weren't fully occupied why were we given this room in the first place? Not only did the room stink and sound like the laundromat but the sheets didn't fit the bed and the toilet bowl was stained a funky color. It was one the worst stays I have had anywhere in the area. If you are looking for a clean quiet place to stay, the Happy Trails motel right down the road and is half the price. Also the clarion is a smoke free hotel but is a animal friendly hotel. So you don't have to breath or smell smoke you just smell dog funk and get to listen to dogs barking on top of the laundry machines and the pool pumps whichever it was, because the acting manager sunday morning told me it wasn't the pool pump, and she dosn't know what the girl on the midnight shift was talking about. It seems to me that nobody there knows what they are talking about because with a few simple changes the place could be much nicer. This place has a AAA rating, I think it's been awhile since they have been there and two people said their room stunk and one person said their air conditioner didn't work either.
