24 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
My company sent me here on a business trip, I guess they were trying to save some money. When I arrived, I walked up to the front desk and the first thing I noticed was there was nobody there. I must have waited in the lobby for at least 25 minutes before finally someone came out and asked me what I needed. When I told them my name, the lady behind the desk smiled and told me I wasn't in their system. I asked her to look again because there had to be some mistake, when I finally decided to speak with a manager she said that she was the manager and I would either need to book a new room at a higher rate or leave.
I will never come to Louisiana again and I will never stay at a Clarion hotel again, stay away at all costs!
I am not likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Alexandria.
I would not recommend it to friends.
