35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I reserved a room at this terrible hotel through a website and received an email confirmation allowing me to cancel up until the day before the reservation. To my surprise, the hotel charged me for the whole amount TWO WEEKS before I arrived and when I called they said I can't cancel anymore, " we changed our policy, and no one, even the highest manager will cancel you reservation".
