The management is very friendly and the desk clerk went over board for his customers.

I am very likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Albany.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

66 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The bathroom was not clean, the light switch did not work properly. I made reservations direct with the inn and when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. This is the second time this has happened at this motel this year. This has happened with two other employees I work with.

I am not likely to return to the Clarion Hotel Albany.
I would not recommend it to friends.
