The front desk staff was very friendly.The room was not very clean, needs a lot of up grades. The room had an odor. I felt as if I needed a shower when I left. I did not even like to sit on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable.No hot tub! The hotel it self was very nice and staff was very accommodating. We found the room over all to be comfortable. However the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the tub and on the floor.

Clean, comfortable, & reasonable in price.Bathroom needs an exhaust fan so that humidity from showering is away. I liked it and it serves its purpose well.

Mediocre
Nothing.Cleanliness, hotel staff, lack of safety. 1 star at best. Please rate things as they truly are, don't sugar coat a facility. It was a horrible value.
39 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
My company selected this hotel for company employees who come to Milwaukee. My very first impression of this hotel was awful. I've never experienced front desk personnel this rude anywhere, even at so-called roach motels. And this behavior goes all the the way to the general manager!
The rooms are OK. In every non-smoking room that I've had at this Clarion, I constantly smelled smoke. It it frustrating and makes for a poor experience. The restaurant is expensive with respect to the quality of food and poor service. I utilized the restaurant ONCE and never attempted it again. This is where I tried to voice my concern to the hotel's GM and was met with the same nasty attitude that can be found at the front desk.
After staying here three more times, I convinced our company to use the Super 8 hotel and Best Western hotel down the street.
