We stayed here one night 01/31/2009. We stayed at room 400, which was a two room suites. This suite had a different layout than the one we saw prior to booking. The website had a layout of two bedrooms and a separate living room but no whirlpool tub. The web layout showed the sofa bed is in the living room. Room 400 had a King size bed when we walk in and one separate bedroom inside wiht a double bed and a sofabed. It had a whirlpool tub in the main room. Since we only stayed for one night, the room layout was not as convenient as expected but it was still OK for one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the sofabed was fine for two kids. bathroom is clean and good size. One sink in the bathroom and a second sink outside, which is very conenient. No dedicated housekeeping staff after 6 PM. We requested two blankets for kids and the front desk staff delivered in five minutes. No complaint on the lacking of housekeeping staff since the delivery was so prompt. I was just amazed that how the front desk staff could do it all by himself. The heater in the inside bedroom was too close to the bed (small bedroom). We kept the door closed at night and it got too hot in the room. Other than that this was a great stay. Dinner at the onsite restaurant beated our expectation. Homemade soup was very tasty. Homemade bread pudding was good too. Great service from a freindly hostess and waitress. We will dine there again. There was a indoor pool and steam room, which we did not use. We saw families using it. Compliment breakfast was good. It has eggs, sausage links, three types of cereal, toasts, simple pastries, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, banana and oranges. Yogurt was not individual containers, which I don't like. Overall, it was a very good stay and we will stay there again next time.

We were horribly disappointed with the pool area. It looked nice, but when you entered the smell of the pool was so strong we couldnt even stay in there. We tried going swimming b/c our kids were so excited, but then all of our eyes turned red b/c...
