My husband and I just stayed at this hotel. The people who answer the phone don't even seem to know the hotels policies themselves. The room we stayed in was nice but the bathroom had not been cleaned very well...the floor was dirty and there was urine on the toilet seat. I was not very impressed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. I called after checking out because I had an issue with a payment they took out and the manager was not helpful at all. They don't seem to care very much if you are pleased and keeping you as a return guest.
