I was extremely disappointed in both the service and especially the rooms.
The rooms are totally outdated, the beds are terrible to sleep on, hard as a rock, the blankets were literally ripped and are not warm, the room curtains fell on me when I was trying to close them, old and need replacing. The screen literally fell outward as I was trying to open it.
The front desk staff terrible. Two of the women were totally rude and unfriendly upon my arrival. Not a smile through my stay, very unprofessional and totally careless about their job. I have never seen a smile from anyone there, starting with the cleaning crew all the way to the front desk. This is terrible business and I can now see why the rates are what they are. You get what you pay for and that is bad service. Also, in the morning for breakfast, the Asian lady that works there need to relax. She is extremely annoying, constantly bothering you, although she may think she's been nice she is annoying, takes your plate when you are not done, 100 times she asks if everything is OK. I know she starves for tips, but I tell you because of her annoyance, I never once tipped her. She need to understand that people are there to relax and she is not a waitress, she also needs to stop telling people about her hard work at the hotel and with her daughter's son and how hard she works and so on and so on, I heard it every day for my 4 days there. One fool bought her story and gave her quite a big tip for it. I find that repulsive and uncalled for in a business place.
I would not recommend this place to a friend or anyone else and I will not consider coming back.
